Action on Resolution #11-031, Final Decision by the Gilmer County Board of Commissioners, Considering the Recommendation by the Gilmer County Planning Commission on the Application for Amendment to the Gilmer County Land Use (Zoning) District Map #3093N, Parcel #001B – (Note: Benjamin C. Davis, former River Ranch Subdivision off Whitepath Rd, Ellijay, GA. – 1.5 acres from A-1 (Agriculture to R-1 Residential Low Density). (BJ)

2. Action on Resolution #11-032, Appoint member to the Gilmer County Library Board for a term beginning July 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2014. (JC)

3. Action on Resolution #11-033, Appoint two members to the Gilmer County Planning Commission to complete the term for Tom Porter ending March 31, 2013). (JC)

4. Action on Resolution #11-034, Authorize the Chairman to execute the North Georgia Community Action, Inc. FY’2012 Service Agreement for Operations of the Gilmer County Transportation (MATS) buses. (JC)
