Terry Lee Painter : Obituary

Mr. Terry Lee Painter age 54 of Richards Rd. Ellijay died Tuesday January 24, 2012.

Mr. Painter was born on April 13, 1957 in Bowdon, GA. He is the son of the late Nelson Painter & Ruth Wright Painter. He worked as a mechanic in the automotive industry. He is preceded in death by two sisters Allie Painter Shorter & Rebecca Painter Shorter.

Survivors include: Sons & daughter-in-law: Terry Lee & Tamela Painter, Rocky Face, GA, Anthony Painter, WV; Daughter: Maranda Walter, Elkhart, IN; Sisters & brothers-in-law: Kathy & Donny Newton, Ellijay, Imogene Newton of the home in Ellijay, Phyllis & Kenneth Richards, Ellijay, Juanita & George Allmon, Villanow, GA; Brothers & sisters-in-law: Michael & Janet Painter, KY, Alfred & Helen Painter, Hollywood, CA; 3 Grandchildren: Chloe Walter & Matylyn & Matthew Painter; Special friends: Joann Jones, Rita Richards & Marcel Smith. Several nieces & nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Sunday January 29, 2012 at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Arnold officiating.

Interment will be in the Yukon Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday January 28th from 1pm until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home
