Mr. Bryan Eugene Pruiett, age 53 of Knight Rd. Ellijay, died Saturday February 4, 2012.

Mr. Pruiett was born on March 30, 1958 in Kentucky. Mr. Pruiett worked in the flooring industry, was a US Army Veteran and a member of the Ridgeway Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his father Byron Pruiett.

Survivors include: Wife: Betty Newton Pruiett of the home; Son: Bryan Pruiett II, Atlanta, GA; Daughter & son-in-law: Candy & Daniel McArthur, Ellijay; Mother: Ida Priuett, Newport, KY; Brothers & sister-in-law: Johnny & Carol Pruiett, Prairie Grove, AK, Gary Pruiett, Cincinnati, OH, Paul Pruiett, Newport, KY; Sisters & brothers-in-law: Pam & Eddie Turner, Independence, KY, Judy & John Jones, Osgood, IN, Shirley & Bob Spicer, Alexandra, KY; Numerous nieces & nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday February 7, 2012 at 2pm from the Ridgeway Baptist Church with Rev. John Newton, Rev. Billy Dotson & Rev. Harold Nelson officiating.

Interment will be held in the Ridgeway Baptist Church Cemetery with Military Rites by the North GA Honor Guard.

Visitation will be held Monday February 6th from 12noon until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
