Patrice R. Smith, age 61, of the Willow Creek Community, Ellijay, passed suddenly Sunday morning, February 19th, 2012. The family has decided that there will be no services for Mrs. Smith.

Survivors include husband of 20 years, Michael Smith of the home in Ellijay; daughters and son-in-law, Erin and Jack Savage of Snellville, GA, Dana Renee Hammond of Ellijay; two grandchildren; father, Darrell George Flair of Alamagorda, New Mexico; sister, Andrian Dumenigo of Woodland Hills, California.
