Earlier in the week Brian headed down to BodyPlex in Jasper for a workout. After walking three miles on the treadmill and a few circuits under his belt Brian anxiously waited for his weigh-in. Brian noticed BodyPlex Jasper owner Dan Foley was signing up two new members. while waiting patiently for his weigh-in Brian started a conversation with BodyPlex Jasper member Ken Darwin.
Ken began to share his weight loss experience. Ken has two grown sons that have served our country with several tours of Iraq and Afghanistan. Ken promised his sons that when they come back home safe and sound that he would lose 40 pounds.
