Curtis William Fowler age 87, of Flat Branch Trail, Ellijay, passed Thursday, March 29, 2012 from the Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN.Survivors include wife of 62 years Margie Davis Fowler of the home in Ellijay, daughter and son-in-law; Pam and Kevin McGuire of Lake Mary, FL, sons and daughters-in-law; Mike and Freida Fowler of Talking Rock, GA, Kevin and Audrey Fowler of Ellijay, brothers; Clarence Fowler of Conway, SC and Roy Fowler of Chatsworth, GA, grandchildren; Dr. Todd Buchanan, Tara Buchanan, Adam Fowler and Katie Fowler, great grandson; Kaden Michael Fowler.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m., Saturday afternoon, March 31st from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Franklin Harper, Rev. Willie Young and Rev. Johnny Payne will be officiating. A military interment service will follow in the Logan Funeral Home Pavilion. Interment will be in the Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends starting at 4:00 p.m., Friday, March 30th at the Logan Funeral Home and Chapel.
