Ridgeland’s Panthers’ pride was pilfered by Bobcat Forest Bramlett’s bat. Bramlett’s first home run of the season came at a clutch time, as he hit a two run home run in the top of the seventh inning, lifting the visting Gilmer Bobcats baseball team over region foe, the Ridgeland Panthers. Gilmer head coach, Kyle Barr, went with Tucker Plouffe to start on the mound. Plouffe pitched five innings, before Sawyer “The Sawman” Thompson was brought in to close the last two innings. Gilmer next faces Cartersville at home, Friday April 13th at 5:55 pm.
