Michael Ray Parker : Obituary

Michael Ray Parker age 53, of Thompson Lane, Jasper, Georgia formerly of Talking Rock, Georgia passed from this life on Friday, June 1st, 2012 at his residence.
He was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, a graduate of Gilmer High School class of 1976. He was born on December 2, 1958 to his late parents, Ray Leon and Wilma Jean Abercrombie in Jasper, Pickens County, Georgia.

He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law: Jessica Marie and Evan Howell, Valerie Michelle and John Roberson, and Heather Michelle Parker; grandchildren: Bryan, Ashley and Will Howell, and Chase Roberson; stepbrother Justin Parker of Hinton.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, June 4th, 2012 from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.

Family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, June 3rd at Logan Funeral Home and Chapel.
