Mr. John M. Faulkner “Lil John” age 47 of Ellijay, GA died Wednesday June 6, 2012.

Mr. Faulkner was born November 25, 1964 in Texas to the late John Faulkner and June Smith. He was a truck driver and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include: Wife: Shirley Ratcliff Faulkner, of the home; Daughter: Joyclin CArtin, Ellijay; Brothers: Dean Koonce and Beau Faulkner, both of Texas; Sisters: Sherry Koonce, Jensie Faulkner- Taylor, and Tish Faulkner- Nelson, all of Texas; Mother in-law: Joyce Wright, Ellijay; Uncle: Mart Faulkner, Texas; Special Nephews: Billy Jack Wright III, Ellijay, Jason Bohannon, Texas; 2 Grandchildren

Funeral services will be held Sunday June 10th at 4pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Eric Ledford officiating. Interment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery.

Family will receive friends Saturday June 9th from 6pm until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
