Mr. Lonnie Thomas age 63 of Sunrise Lane Ellijay died Monday July 16, 2012.

Mr. Thomas was born on February 22, 1949 in Union Co. He worked in the construction industry and attended Harvest Missionary Church. He is preceded in death by his mother, Clarisa Beavers Thomas, brothers Charles, Roy, Troy, Jim & Jerry Thomas and a sister Joyce Thomas.

Survivors include: Sons & daughters-in-law: Billie Joe & Tina Thomas, Ellijay, Daniel Joe & Shantian Thomas, Talking Rock, GA; Daughter: Judy Eaton, Ellijay; Father: William Henry Thomas, Blue Ridge; Sisters & brother-in-law: Mazie & J.T. Dale, Ellijay, Clorine Doughett, Dalton, GA, Marlene Jones & Diane Thomas both of Morganton, GA; 9 Grandchildren; 4 Great grandchildren; Several nieces & nephew also survive.

No services are planned. Bernhardt Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
