The Ellijay City Council and the Ellijay Downtown Development Authority will meet at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 24, 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, and 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, at City Hall as participants in a Department of Community Affairs Boom Town Pilot Program downtown assessment and report.
