Mr. Donald W. Davenport age 74 of Pen Dr. Ellijay, GA died Sunday October 14, 2012.

Mr. Davenport was born September 18, 1938 to the Late Willard Davenport and Sybil Spivey. He worked in the Apple Industry and was a believer in Christ.

Survivors Include: Wife: Myrtle Patterson, of the home, Step-Children: Roger Patterson, Ellijay, James “Bear” Patterson, Ellijay, Stella Patterson, Blue Ridge, GA; 3 Step-Grandchildren: Jamie Patterson Weeks, Sonia Patterson Jenkins and Matthew Lowery; 8 Step-Great Grandchildren; Sisters: Linda Cox, Blue Ridge, GA, Carolyn Patterson, Brunswick, GA, Nancy Gregory, Epworth, GA, Alice Andrew, Melbourne, FL; Many Nieces, Nephews and Friends also survive.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday October 17th at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends Tuesday October 16th from 1pm until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
