Edward Lee Boatner age 83, of Ellijay, Georgia, passed Friday evening, November 30th, 2012 from the Gilmer Nursing Home. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 3rd, 2012 from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roy Scott, Rev. Larry Stover, and Rev. Lewis Payne officiating. Interment will follow at the Flat Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
Survivors include daughter & son-in-law, Donna and Hal Dooley of Jasper, GA, son & daughter-in-law, Charles & Barbara Tinsley of Lafayette, GA, grandchildren; Pamela Wheat, Sharon Kimmel, Cassie Dooley, 7 great grandchildren, and sister, Isabell Boatner Scott of Ellijay, GA.
