Mr. Richard “Rick” Lynn Pearson, Sr. age 68 of Ellijay, Georgia passed from this life on Thursday, February 7th, 2013 at his residence.Mr. Pearson was a member of th Methodist Faith, born March 2nd, 1944 in Springdale, Arkansas to his late parents Winfred Lee and Wilma Odessa Spirgen Pearson. He was an honorably discharged Veteran of the United States Navy. Mr. Pearson was a self employed contractor in the construction industry in Atlanta, Georgia. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law Richard Jr. and Amy Pearson of Elkins, AR., Thomas and Jamie Pearson of Rogers, AR., six grandchildren, sisters and brothers-in-law Norma and Doyle Wright of Springdale, AR., Janice Hazelett of Siloam Springs AR., Beth Sabata of Lowell, AR., brother James M. Pearson of Rogers, AR.

There are no local services. There will be a private family service to be held at a later date in Arkansas.
