At our March 4 meeting, Alison Sosebee, District Attorney for the Appalachian Judicial Circuit was our guest speaker. Newly elected, Alison described her staff in Fannin, Gilmer and Pickens Counties. She also spoke about Rachael’s Challenge, a project that she and her staff have undertaken. Alison seems to be a very high energy person and well suited for her demanding job. She resides in Fannin County and is the mother of two sons.
Mrs. Sosebee was accompanied by her Chief of Staff, Brian Sanford.
Also present at our meeting was Susan Young, staff member of Georgia Mountains Health. Susan brought with her three medical students, Brian Weaver, Rafaela Toniollo, and Ross Christopher.
