On Monday, May 20th, our Rotarians enjoyed a box lunch and toured the Gilmer County Library. Library Manager and Rotarian Brandi Resendez led our tour of this large and modern facility. Some funding for the Library comes from the County, the Cities of Ellijay and East Ellijay. However, the majority of the Library’s funding comes for a volunteer organization, Friends of The Library.
Brandi did a wonderful job of leading our group through the children’s area, the young adults area and finally to the adult area. We should all be proud of this wonderful facility under Brandi’s professional leadership.
