Cameron Perry defeated Arizona freshman, Lawson Ludwin in the semifinals 6-3, before a 9-2 loss to Arthur Carmona, of the US Olympic Education Center. Carmona lost to Isaiah Verona, also of the US Olympic Education Center, in the finals.
After competing impressively against college competition with year round Olympic training, Perry was invited by the Olympic training facility.
Perry also received an invitation from USA Wrestling to be one of the 10 members of Team USA, which will compete at the Pan Am Games in Santiago, Chile later this month.
