Mr. David Wayne Cagle, Sr. age 45, of Canton, GA who passed on Wednesday evening August 28th, 2013 at his residence.Mr. Cagle was born on September 3rd, 1967 to his mother Elva Mae Pelfrey and late father William Thomas Cagle in Indiana. He was a member of the Baptist faith and worked as a painter and carpenter.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 3:00pm on Sunday September 1st, 2013 from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John David Dorsey and Rev. Jason Pace officiating. Graveside interment will follow in the Jarrett Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Cagle, Brent Cagle, Dylan Ast, Cody Ast, Shawn Cagle, James Cagle and Shawn Ellis.

He is survived by Daughters, Lisa Marie Cagle of Ranger, GA and April Cagle of Waleska, GA; Son, David Wayne Cagle, Jr. of Ellijay; Step-children, Kayla Ast of Homer, GA, Dylan Ast of Woodstock, GA, and Cody Ast of Homer, GA; Eleven Grandchildren; Mother, Elva Mae Pelfrey of Woodstock, GA; Sister, Michelle Evans of Jacksonville, FL; Brothers, Tom Cagle of West Virginia, Jim Cagle of Woodstock, GA and Doug Cagle of Mississippi.

The family is receiving friends from 4:00pm to 9:00pm on Friday August 30th and all day Saturday August 31st till 9:00pm at the Logan Funeral Home. Flowers are being accepted or donations may be made to the David Wayne Cagle memorial fund at P.O. Box 485 Ellijay, GA 30540.
