Mr. Robert F. “Bill” Coffey age 83 of Clear Creek Rd Ellijay died Friday August 30, 2013.Mr. Coffey was born Oct. 21, 1929 in Gilmer County the son of the late Clyde and Emma Chadwick Coffey. He was retired from Inland Rome where he worked as an equipment operator, was a veteran serving with the US Army in Korea and was of the Baptist Faith. His wife Flossie Kinser Coffey and daughter Patricia Cantrell preceded him in death.

Survivors include: Grandchildren; Robbie and Ginger Cantrell along with 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sunday September 1, 2013 at 2:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Russell Hood officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church cemetery with graveside rites by the North Georgia Honor Guard.

The family will meet with friends Saturday August 31, 2013 from 5 until 9pm at the funeral home.
