Mr. Walter L. Martin age 86 of Ellijay, GA died Sunday September 29, 2013.Mr. Martin was born April 24, 1927 in Nebo, IL to the late Raymond Oliver and Stella Frances Campbell Martin. He was of the Church of Christ Faith and a veteran serving in the US Navy. He is preceded in death in parents.

Survivors Include: Wife: Carmie Martin, of the home; Children: Terri Frances Parker, Bethlehem, GA, Robyn K. Hill, Centennial, CO; 2 Grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held Thursday October 3rd at 11:30am from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home.

Interment will be held Thursday October 3rd at 1:30pm from the GA National Cemetery in Canton, GA with Military Rites by the US Navy.
