Ellijay Downtown Development Authority February Meeting Schedule:Feb. 3 – Development Authority Design Committee
5:30 p.m., DDA office at City Hall
Join in the work to make downtown look its best – lighting, storefronts, store repairs, signage, etc.

Feb. 4 – Development Authority Promotions Committee
5:30 p.m., DDA office at City Hall
Help make plans for St. Patrick’s Day, First Saturdays, July 4th, Light Up Ellijay and ways we can help with other organizations’ events (Italian Bike Ride Festival, Farmers Market, Taste of Ellijay, Apple Festival, etc.).

Feb. 5 – After hours merchants’ gathering 5:30 p.m. at Jumping Mouse Beads.

Feb. 11 – DDA Organization Committee Meeting
3:30 p.m., DDA office at City Hall
Be part of the effort to build better communication and bring volunteers together through fundraising, a newsletter and social media.

Feb. 11 – Business development committee
5:30 p.m., DDA office at City Hall
Join the effort to bring new business to Ellijay, insure a good business mix, help businesses succeed

Feb. 12, Downtown Development Authority
5:30 p.m., Council Chambers at City Hall
Monthly board meeting at which the authority makes policy decisions and finalizes requests and reports to City Council.
