Retired firefighter Paul Deese spoke to citizens visiting the forum last Tuesday night hosted by the Gilmer Chamber of Commerce at the courthouse. Deese is running for the post 4 seat in the Gilmer County Board of Education. The incumbent Michael Bramlett was absent due to work obligations. Below is the forum video:
