Mr. Scott William Couey age 47 of Ellijay, Georgia passed from this life on Wednesday, April 28th, 2014.Mr. Couey was born September 4th, 1966 in Indianapolis, Indiana to his late parents Thomas and Patty Lou Patterson Couey. He was self employed as a plumber and owner of Couey Plumbing.
Survivors include wife, Alpha Merrell Couey of the home in Ellijay; son, James Couey of Flowery Branch, GA.; daughters and sons in law, Misty & David Postel of Jasper, GA, Natasha & Hector Cobos of Savannah, GA; grandchildren, Shay Warren, Skylar Smith, Kaleb Smith, Natalie, Mischa, Hector Jr., and Alessandra Cobos.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, May 3rd, 2014 from the Logan Funeral Home Pavilion with Rev. Michael Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Jarrett Cemetery.
