Mrs. Mary Weaver age 92 of Ellijay, GA died Thursday May 29, 2014.Mrs. Weaver was born June 6, 1921 in Gilmer County to the late Morgan and Ethel Stover Mooney. She was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ventis Weaver and sons, Roy and Ray Weaver.

Survivors Include: daughter in-laws, Frances Weaver, Ellijay, Joyce Weaver, Jasper; sister and brother in-law, Elizabeth and Rev. A.J. Clayton, Ellijay, grandchildren and spouses, James and Star Weaver, John and Donna Weaver, Joseph Weaver, all of Ellijay; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday June 1st at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Russell Burt and Rev. Mickey Wheeler officiating. Interment will follow in the Tickanetley Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday May 30th from 6pm until 9pm and all day Saturday May 31st until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home
