Theresa Gooch has been hired as Interim Chief Assessor for the Gilmer County Board of Assessors.
Gooch is a level 3 Assessor and plans to take an examination to be a level 4 Assessor.
She has been employed at the BOA for over 16 years and served previously as Deputy Chief Appraiser.
