Build your own scarecrow at Mountain Ridge Garden Shop.It’s that time of year again when we start seeing scarecrows pop up all over Ellijay. Beginning September 18-30 (no Sundays) you can participate in the build your own scarecrow workshop at Mountain Ridge Garden Shop. You have the option of building the scarecrow yourself or having one of the staff members at Mountain Ridge build it for you. When you plan to build your scarecrow don’t forget to bring your clothing (preferably long sleeve attire) and accessories you want your scarecrow to be adorned with. A large adult scarecrow is $15. Mountain Ridge is located on River Street in the large red barn and is providing the build a scarecrow workshop Monday through Saturday 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. For more information or to schedule a group build (5 or more) contact Mountain Ridge Garden Shop at 706-698-2815.
