The Gilmer Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for North Georgia Closeouts located at 12 Hefner Street, in East Ellijay Thursday September 25th. Richard and Carmen Tinker are the owners of this wholesale, surplus and liquidation store. Opening on October 4th, the store carries a wide variety products.
