I am just wondering out loud, is the scheduled executive session a back door attempt by a BOC Member to fill the vacant Department Head positions within the county. The same positions which were tabled at last months meeting when it was brought up then? I am just wondering if this may be another attempt by Commissioner Hall to circumvent the authority of the incoming BOC Chairman and Commissioner by tying their hands before they start? I certainly hope that Dallas and JC won’t allow this to happen after the public spoke last month on the issue!
