The Gilmer High School Bobcats wrestling team fresh off an 11th straight Area Traditional Tournament championship, competed in the Sectionals Tournament for a chance to compete in the State Tournament. The Bobcats took all 14 wrestlers to Sectionals and ended the tournament with all 14 wrestlers making through to the State Traditional Tournament.Domingo Reynoso (106), Trevor Preece (113), Marcelino Lopez (120), Alberto Perez (126), Lucas Patterson (132), Keegan Sharpe (138), Will Gudger (145), Jamie Lopez (152), Enrique Jacinto (160), Matthew Waddell (170), Nick Windsor (182), Jake Parker (195), and Levi Seabolt (285) will all be competing at the State Traditional Tournament, where the Bobcats will enter as heavy favorites to win a 15th State Championship Title.
