ELLIJAY, GA — At the March 10th TEA Party meeting Ruth Caudell spoke on the benefits of ESPLOST.Caudell has served on the Ellijay City Council since November, 1997 and was an educator in Gilmer County for over 38 years. She was also selected as Gilmer County Citizen of the Year in 1999.
