Gilmer County, GA – The Gilmer County Board of Education is offering the Seamless Summer Meal Program starting June 1, 2015 and ending July 24, 2015.Operating on a Monday through Friday schedule this program offers free meals to all student aged children within the county. One change to the program this year came with the USDA approval to offer leftovers to families to take home. This was approved as part of a county push to end food waste.
The are setting up eleven locations across Ellijay, East Ellijay, and Cherry Log to support this program. However, certain locations will be open at different times and certain locations will not offer breakfast. So, make sure to check below to find your nearest location and time.
