Mrs. Jewell Elliott Roberts age 79 of Talking Rock died Thursday July 2, 2015.
Mrs. Roberts was born August 12, 1935 in Cedartown, GA the daughter of the late George Washington and Lena Elizabeth Keaton Elliott. She was retired from Avon after 35 years of service and was a member of First Baptist Church Ellijay. She was preceded in death by her husband Burt Roberts.
Survivors include: children: Terry Thomas, Blairsville, John Crossley, Talking Rock, Patricia Terry, Talking Rock, 1 grandchild; Leigha Stuckey, brother; LeRoy Elliott, Woodstock, sister: Sue Miller, Marietta, nieces and nephews also survive.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday July 7, 2015, with family receiving friends beginning at 5:00pm with services to follow from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home.
