Stefanie Marie Skipper, age 48, passed away in her home in Lillian, Alabama, on October 4, 2015.

She was a graduate of Etowah High School in Woodstock, Georgia, and attended Chattahoochee Technical Institute where she studied Hospitality Management. She was employed by the Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama, where she worked as a chef. She was of the Baptist Faith.

Stefanie is survived by her parents, Bill and Jan Skipper of Ellijay, her brother, Bill Skipper, Jr. of Woodstock, a nephew, Austin Skipper, of Kennesaw, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held Saturday November 14, 2015 at 3:00pm in the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Gerald Thurman officiating.
The family will meet with friends Saturday from 2:30 until the hour of service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers those who wish to honor Stefanie’s memory may do so by making a donation to American Cancer Society or the Cancer Center at the Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida.
