Mr. Joe Hatchett age 35 of Ellijay, GA passed Wednesday December 9, 2015.

Mr. Hatchett was born December 8, 1980 in Pickens County. He was a member of the Flat Creek Baptist Church and a Gilmer High School Graduate. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ashley Eager Hatchett, brother, Scott Hatchett and grandfather, Wesley Vick.

Survivors Include: parents, Herman and Judy Griggs, of Ellijay, GA; sons, C.J., Bryson and Luke Hatchett, all of Ellijay, GA; brothers, Robert Hatchett and Danny Hatchett, both of Ellijay, GA; sisters, Mary Garland, Heather Griggs and Hilary Griggs, all of Ellijay, GA; Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday December 12th at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Sanford officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday December 12th from 1pm until the service hour at 2pm.
