Mr. Joe K. Greenway age 72 of Dalton died Thursday January 28, 2016.

Mr. Greenway was born April 20, 1943 in Fannin County the son of the late William Clarence and Lucy Buchanan Greenway. He was a retired Truck driver, member of the Mt. Gillian Baptist church and was a veteran serving with the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his parents and son Ricky Greenway.

Survivors include: wife; Jeanette Greenway, son and daughter Geary Lynn and ginger Greenway, Sr. daughter: Norma Ridley, brothers and sister-in-law; Eddie and Etta Ruth Greenway, Gary and Randy Greenway, sisters and brother-in-law; Janice and Danny Nicholson, 12 grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy O’Tinger and Rev. Joe Baker officiating. Interment will be in the Yukon cemetery with military rites by the North Georgia Honor Guard.

The family will meet with friends Saturday from 5 until 9pm at the funeral home.
