Ms. Ella Smith Sills, age 91 of the Coosawattee community, Ellijay, Georgia passed on Friday, February 5, 2016.

Ms. Sills had been a member of Goodwin Memorial Church of the Nazarene and Winter Garden Church of the Nazarene. She was born August 19th, 1924 in Ernestville, KY to her late parents William C.and Mary Etta Marcum Smith. She loved her family, her grandchildren, gardening and was an excellent cook, especially pies. Ms. Sills is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Frederick Sills, son-in-laws Robert Powers, Larry Cline, sisters Emily Sheffield, Bethel Alberts, and brothers Floyd, Madison (Matt), and Clay Smith.

Survivors include daughters, Naomi Powers of Ellijay, GA, Jane Cline of Anderson, IN and Joyce Ballard of Winter Park, FL; sons and daughter-in-law Joseph Sills of Anderson, IN and Paul Eugene and Cherry Sills of Pyatt AR; Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be announced by Needham, Storey, and Wampner Funeral Service of Marion, IN. No local services are planned.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Pruitthealth Hospice at 6050 Appalachian Highway, Blue Ridge, GA 30513 in memory of Ms. Sills
