Ms. Doris Parks Bramlett Johnson: Obituary

Ms. Doris Parks Bramlett Johnson, 86 of Cocoa, Florida passed on Friday, May 13, 2016, at her residence.

Ms. Johnson was born November 7, 1929 in Rome, Georgia to her late parents Mack and Leona Hyde Parks. She graduated from Martha Berry School, worked as a senior accountant for Pan American World Airlines and later built the Tenderfoot Ranch Tack and Feed Store. Doris loved to travel and was a member of Clearlake Baptist Church in Cocoa, FL and of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 340 in Ellijay. She is preceded in death by her husband, William E. Johnson, daughter, Earlene Bramlett, sister, Betty Jean Linscott, and brother Mack Parks, Jr.

She is survived by her daughters and their families, Annita Megregian, Vicki Yates, Tami Robinson, and Kim Neff; son, John Bramlett; fourteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; brother, David Parks and sister-in-law Lech Parks.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, May 27th, 2016 at the Logan Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside interment will follow in the Ellijay City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Friday, May 27, 2016, at Logan Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Clearlake Baptist Church Building Maintenance Fund, 1640 Minnie Street, Cocoa, FL, 32926 in memory of Ms. Johnson.
