Mr. Robert David Stover: Obituary

Mr. Robert David Stover, age 57 of, Ellijay, died Tuesday May 17, 2016.

Mr. Stover was born March 6, 1959 in Gilmer County, the son of the late Jay and Bonnie Ellis Stover. He attended Gilmer High School, was a member of the New Liberty Baptist Church and along with his father operated Stover Used Cars. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother; Ernest Clay Stover, mother-in-law and father-in-law: Wynette and Robert Bates.

Survivors include: wife, Martha Bates Stover, son and daughter-in-law, Curtis and Jennifer Stover, Ellijay, grandchildren, Lannah Stover and Emma Stover, sisters and brothers-in-law, Sandra and Randy McClure, Sheryl and Lionel York, Gayle Seiverling and James Henson, Glenda Garland and J.C. Sluder, all of Ellijay, GA along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday May 20, 2016 at 2:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home, with Rev. Stephen Chapman, Rev. Larry Stover and Rev. Billy Nealey officiating. Interment will be in the New Liberty Baptist Church cemetery.

The family will meet with friends Thursday from 11:00am until 9:00pm at the funeral home.
