Mrs. Mary Sue Keys age 75, of Ellijay died Wednesday June 1, 2016.

Mrs. Keys was born September 3,1940 in Statesboro, GA the daughter of the late Cecil Columbus and Leta Mae Barber Newman. She was a homemaker, longtime resident of Fairburn, GA before moving to Ellijay, and a member of the Faith Chapel Church of God of Prophecy.

Survivors include: three sons, Rick Keys (Cora), of Ellijay, Glen Keys (Barbara) of Griffin, and Marty Keys of Ellijay, sister: Ida May Newman Alvarez,(Dan) Duluth, 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday June 11,2016 at 2:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Fields officiating.

The family will meet with friends from Saturday from 1 until 2pm at the funeral home.
