Infant Joey Walter Teems son of Matthew and Sabrina Teems passed Thursday July 28, 2016.

Survivors Include: parents, Matthew and Sabrina Teems, of Ellijay, GA; grandparents, Rhonda Collopy, of Johnson City, TN and Billy and Mary Lee Teems, of Ellijay, GA; several aunts, uncles and other relatives also survive.

Graveside Services will be held Monday August 1st at 1pm from the Ellijay Church of Christ Cemetery with Minister Butch Jones officiating.

The family will meet with friends at the cemetery.
