Ms. Gladys Rogers Holloway, age 86 of Ellijay, Georgia died on Monday, October 24, 2016, at the Gilmer Nursing Home. SHe was born February 4, 1930 in Blue Ridge, Georgia to her late parents Harold and Mattie Thurman Rogers. She retired from the Cobb County Government as a Municipal City Instructor and was a member of the Ellijay Church of Christ. Preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Fred Holloway.

She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Anita Mullins of Ellijay, GA, Deborah and Paul Dotson, son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Shirley Holloway of Canton, GA, grandchildren, Jody and Eric Dotson, David and Julie Mullins, Jarrod and Casey Holloway and Amy Shannon, great grandchildren, Morgan, Jessica, Sarah, Dawson and Gabriel Mullins, Cody, Miranda and Kelly Dotson, Cameron and Madison Ivanyisky,Wesley and Haley Shannon, Lauren Finale, Mattie Amos, Duncan and Cana Holloway, great -great grandchildren, Audrey Crooks, Noah Ivanyisky-Schempp, Rachel, Maci and Logan Ivanyisky, sisters and brother-in-law, Geneva Holloway of Ellijay, GA and Linda and Merrell Vercher of Dalton, GA.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday October 29th, 2016 at the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Min. Jarrod Holloway, Min. Johnny Mackey, Min. Eric Dotson, Min. David Mullins and Min. Butch Jones officiating. Congregational singing will be led by Jim Wright. Interment will follow in the Macedonia Church of Christ Cemetery, Blue Ridge, GA with Jody Dotson, Eric Dotson, Min. David Mullins, Min. Jarrod Holloway, Casey Holloway, Morgan Mullins, Cody Dotson, Kerry Shannon, Amy Shannon and Julie Mullins serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Friday, October 28, 2016, at the Logan Funeral Home.
