Polls are closed and results are in. As America goes to make their final decisions, stay up to date here for the Statewide Results.

In Gilmer County, specifically, many people are closely watching three votes; the Presidential, Senatorial, and the Educational under Amendment 1 (Opportunity School Districts).

As Gilmer pulled in tallies late into the night, past 9:00, officials released their prelimary results indicating a Presidential Victory for Trump with 4440 votes,  Senate Victory for Johnny Isakson with 3990 votes, and a denial of the Opportunity School Districts Amendment 1 at 3447 votes no and 1703 votes yes.
