Dear Editor and Citizens of Gilmer County,

As Chairman of the Gilmer County Republican Party, I would like to extend my gratitude to you, the Citizens. After the Primary has concluded, I met with my Precinct Chairmen and they set a goal to increase voter turnout in this election, and you did not disappoint. Last Tuesday, Gilmer County recorded one of the highest voter turnouts in memory, with an overwhelming 81.59% of that vote going to the Republican Nominee, Donald Trump. You have put me at a loss for words, and made me so proud to serve as Chairman of the Gilmer County Republican Party. Because of you, we cancelled out votes for Hillary in Atlanta, because of you, we made a difference, because of your votes, we elected Donald Trump as President of the United States. You voted to free the economy, to cut back on bureaucracy, and to give the common person more opportunities to advance themselves. If you ever think that your vote doesn’t count, I want you to look back on this election, and see just how powerful your vote is. I look forward to continuing our good work in our community.
