Ms. Mary C. McConnell, age 69 of Ellijay died Saturday December 10, 2016.

Ms. McConnell was born Oct. 19, 1947 in Bristol TN the daughter of the late Bill and Mary McConnell. She a high school graduate, worked as a clerk at Greens Country Store and was a Catholic. She was preceded in death by her son Greg McConnell.

Survivors include: grandsons; Greg McConnell, Jr. California, Dillion Bowen, Norcross , great-grandchildren; Maliki and Mason McConnell, California.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt funeral Home with Minister Butch Jones officiating. Interment will be in the Yukon Cemetery.

The family will meet with friends Wednesday from 5 until 8pm at the funeral home.
