Mrs. Betty Mae Reid, age 90, of Ellijay, died Tuesday February 7, 2017.

Mrs. Reid was born January 27,1927, in Macon, GA the daughter of the late James C. and Mazie Gwaltney Echols. She worked for the Cobb county School System and was a member of First Baptist Church Ellijay.

Survivors include; husband; Judson Reid, sons; Cullen Reid, Euharlee, Roger Reid, Ellijay and Barry Reid, Thompsons Station TX, grandson; Ryan Reid.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00am from the First Baptist Church with Pastor Glenn Cummings officiating. Interment will be in the Yukon cemetery.

The family will meet with friends Friday from 6 until 8:00pm at the funeral home.
