Mrs. Mary Frances Ansell Graves, age 82 of Ellijay, GA passed Thursday morning, February 23rd, 2017 at the Gilmer Nursing Home.

Mrs. Graves was born October 23rd, 1934 in Dearborn, Michigan to her late parents Albert Alonzo and Nora Marie Hosey Ansell. She is preceded in death by her husband, Douglas L. Graves.

She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Vickie Marie Logan Zambito of Tampa, FL and Dianna Lee and Kenneth Lamar Eaton of Ellijay, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth Ellison and Virginia Logan of Blue Ridge, GA; grandchildren and spouses, Michael Douglas Johnson and Brittney Paige Cochran, Alisha and Gantt Rorebeck Chris Logan, Kenneth Franklin Eaton and Lee Mullholland; great grandson Quinn Rorebeck; the Eichen’s family and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Memorial services will be held at 7pm on Saturday, February 25th, 2017 from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Pat Shelton, Rev. Jackie Ellington and Rev. Tommy Sanford officiating. Music and vocals will be by Bron Nichols and Rev. Pat Shelton. Graveside inurnment will follow in the Georgia National Cemetery at 10:30am on Tuesday, February 28th, 2017.

The family will receive friends from 5pm until 7pm on Saturday, February 25th, 2017 at the Logan Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made and sent to Dianna Eaton at 301 Scott Hollow Road, Ellijay, GA 30540. These funds will be used to acquire new equipment for the Gilmer Nursing Home.
