Mrs. Geraldine Perry Payne, age 62 of Talking Rock died Wednesday March 8, 2017.
Mrs. Payne was born January 7, 1955, in Pickens County the daughter of the late Weldon and Mary Lou Duckett Perry. She was a housewife and member of the Macedonia Baptist Church in Pickens County. Her parents; and sisters, Minnie Sue Barrett, Gwendolyn Mulkey preceded her in death.
Survivors include: husband: Randall Payne, son: Randy Payne and daughter, Angela Payne all of Talking Rock, brother: Danny Perry, Ellijay, sister; Marie Cavender, and Hazel Burchfield both of Ellijay.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Arnold officiating. Interment will be in the Yukon cemetery.
The family will meet with friends Sunday from 9:00am until the funeral hour.
