Mrs. Eugenia Grandberry Reed, age 70, of Ellijay, died Thursday April 27, 2017.

Mrs. Reed was born January 5, 1947, in Atlanta, GA the daughter of the late William Grandberry, Jr and Lottie R. Roberts Grandberry. She worked as a caregiver and was a member of the American Legion.

Her parents, husband, Larry Reed, children, Jeffery Nichols, Karen Reed, and David Grandberry preceded her in death.

Survivors include: sons; Lynwood Nichols, Orange City, FL, Rhodell Clark, Wrens, Kathleen R. Gilliland, Blue Ridge, step- sons, Grant Reed, Larry Raymond Reed, Jr., Summerville, Ga, Jeffery Nelson Reed, Rockmart, step- daughters; Heather Whitehead, Rockmart, , Amy Tison , Adairsville, brother; William C. Granberry, Ellijay, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial services was held at the American Legion post to honor her memory.

Bernhardt funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
