Miss. Hazel M. DeHart, age 86 of Mineral Bluff, GA, died Monday May 1, 2017

She is Preceded in death by her Parents; Robert Thomas and Hattie Maebell Millholland DeHart, Brothers; Earl DeHart and Garnett DeHart, Sister; Edna Ellis.

Miss DeHart was a member of Toccoa Baptist Church and is survived by her Sister; Gladys Killian, two nieces and two nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday May 4th at 2:00pm from the Toccoa Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Dan Wilkins officiating. Interment will follow in the Toccoa Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Thursday May 4th from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at the church.
