Mrs. Christy Williams: Obituary

Obituaries

On Friday, May 12, 2017, St. Peter opened Heavens Pearly gates for our Lord God to welcome Christy Williams, 48 to her new home, with her new Heavenly body, free from pain, suffering, and worry – her awaited and destined eternal life.

Using mere verbiage to encapsulate who Christy was is difficult: she was so much to so many. As beautiful as she was unique, she had extraordinarily loving appeal to individuals of all walks of life who were drawn to her warm, fun, inviting, nurturing, and nonjudgmental aura. Christy was the epitome of femininity, a true lady, and her zeal for life was evident by all who were fortunate to know her. She was a colorful yet selfless soul who transcended unrivaled eloquence each day of her short life.

Her passions were her boys and song. Her love for her husband and three sons was at the core of her being and displayed in her every action. She absolutely adored her children. She shared her angelic voice through her faith and especially with her family and friends. The gift of singing was but one of many blessings God bestowed on this remarkable and unforgettable woman.

If ever Disney sought a role model for a princess, Christy would meet the criteria. The love and life she shared with her sons and her husband combined with her radiant affection for her close friends and pets easily qualify as the perfect script. Her porcelain skin, gorgeous eyes, contagious smile, accepting persona, love for life, and nurturing instinct combined with her glowing and positive disposition transcend into a beautiful heroine personified.

Clearly Christy earned what must be the most beautiful of Angelic wings to match the brilliance of her warm, protective, and maternal instinct. She brilliantly and effortlessly utilized her yearning for life by sharing her greatest gift – her loving heart. Her beauty both internal and external was unequaled and unparalleled. One can only imagine the reunion she had with her and Mike’s daughter Lilly. If the love and beauty could be combined in a solitaire star in the sky – the brilliance of an aurora spectra would light up the stratosphere forever being remembered as the unforgettable daughter, sister, mother, wife, and friend who was the incomparable and irreplaceable Christy Williams.

Christy was preceded in death by her parents Gene and Barbara Spivey, brother Steve Spivey, Tom MIller, and precious infant daughter Jaiden Lilly Williams.

Christy is survived by her three wonderful sons: Tejae Miller, Joshua Miller, and Jonathon Miller; loving husband, Michael Williams; and sisters Pamela Lorentzen and Susan Thiessen.

A Memorial service to honor and celebrate Christy’s life will be held on Sunday May 28, 2017 3pm at Logan Funeral Home, Ellijay, Ga. Family will receive friends at 2 p.m
